I am a recent retiree from the United States Army, I retired after a successful career of 24 yrs and I was able to attain the rank of Command Sergeant Major. Education: BS - Public Administration (Upper Iowa University) MA - Human Resource Development (Webster University) MBA - Emphasis in Management & Business Security(Webster University) Certification: Homeland Security (Upper Iowa University) Having serviced in the military for 24 yrs I am new to the Civilian Sector and all the employment jargon. Based off my education and military experience can anyone offer any points on possible employment and for a career military soldier.

Does it happend during a religious war? No! Hitler created racial superiority in Germans for the gain of world resources & Land. He was not engaged in any religious war! Then why it happend!!!! Jews always cry for Holocaust but forget their Holy wars and mas-genocide of millions of innocent gentile and selecting vergin women and girls over 3 years for ....what? Just merely for a piece of land!!!! Capturing lands & resources cannot be maintained forever!!! Where is the promised land? It is still a disputed Arab-land because it is given to Pelestenans. God is Almighty: the only Superior being! HE dislikes the idealogy of human superiority to maintain a balance in human socities & cultures. It was a curse...punishment from God! Try to understand & seek God Will !!! Submit idealogy of superiority! and live in peace!!!

I agree with all that you have said except that god cursed us with idealogy.God gave us free will as human beings and man brought this on himself not all men but some like hitler .The answer lies with peace harmony equality for all but i doubt this will ever happen until jesus returns .May god bless you and keep you forever .Amen

Actually the land of Israel was given to them by the Lord our God when He delivered them out of slavery in Egypt. It was written that The Lord our God would restore them to the promised Land. from whence He had driven them. But you should look at your own nation, which doesnt always obey the Lord our God either. Can cult-like chanting of "Hope!", "Change!" clean the oil spill?
(Have any of you guys seen this? I think it's effin' brilliant! So I thought I'd share it) IDEA: HOW TO SOLVE THE OBABASPILL IN GULF DISASTER - HAVE HIS CULTISTS HEAD TO THE GULF AND CHANT "HOPE!", "CHANGE!" AT IT IN CANDLELIT VIGILS BENEATH STRYOFOAM PILLARS. Here's another commerical we'd love to see the RNC or Tea Party people run. Please feel free to take any of these ideas and run with them, as we don't have the capability to do this stuff ourselves, and wish we had acces to the equipment, funding and the resources to pull this off. As we think of things, we put them out there, and it's our intent for those of you out there reading with connections to just run with this. We'd love to see a commercial made, for both YouTube and TV runs, where the thousands of bleary-eyed, zombified Obama cultists chanting "Hope! Change! O-Ba-ma!" are superimposed over images of the Gulf shoreline and Obamaspill disaster. They are holding candles. They are delivering homage unto their Lightbringer. The stryofoam columns and faux-Olumpian set from Obama's Denver Convention acceptance speech have returned, and are planted in the waters of the Gulf, like a petroleum-slicked Atlantis. On the shore, toes tickled by rainbow swirling water, the cultists chant: HOPE! CHANGE! O-BA-MA! O-BA-MA! O-BA-MA! We think the American public needs to be reminded of the insanity of 2008 that got us to where we are today. Someone needs to establish that intellectual and psychological link between the personality cult of Obama and the Media fueled in the campaign, and the man in the Oval Office who was elected because so many were conned into believeing his lack of experience or record didn't matter, because his personal charm and individual magic were enough to overcome anything that he faced in the world's most important and difficult job. All those hours they spent chanting to get him elected, all huddled together, like the fools that they are...needs to be remembered by the public at large and exposed for the bufoonery it was. Can their chants solve this disaster in the Gulf? Can their hope and change save the day? Let's ask the public to think about this...and for the cultists themselves to question what exactly "Hope" and "Change" mean for situations like the one we are faced with now? We were promised a LIghtbringer sent from the stars who would come to Earth so solve all of our problems. The Nobel Prize Committee affirmed his lunacy by awarding Obama what was supposed to be the planet's highest honor...and they based their decision on the mere fact he said "Hope" and "Change" a lot and they thought this was a marvelous plan, deserving of an award that was not granted to some of the greatest human beings who have ever lived. So, Obama's received so many accolades, and has been crowned by laurels extensively. He became, to his cult, a demigod. Now is the time for him and his followers to produce the magic we were promised. Someone needs to get on television, YouTube, and other vusual media and start putting these visuals out there. We sure would, if we could, but at least we can provide the idea. (It's a pisser, ain't it?)

Should I go into MBA
Should I go into MBA?
I majored communication studies. But, I feel that I might waste my time and money if I continue my education in communication studies. Honestly, I do not think that having a MA in humanities or social science will not lead me to a career I want unless I want to teach. I want to be a business woman. I am interested in a human resource or management position. Should I go into MBA? There is a major called organizational communication, but I think that communication studies is for more like academic career such as teaching than business. I prefer to earn decent money. Since I am not a native English speaker, I am so worried about passing GMAT. I am planning to take some math classes. Can you give me some advice?

There are schools that dont put a lot of weight on the GMAT exam. You should definitely get your MBA degree and start doing internship in the field. Good Luck ok. ss
