For starters, you need to decide exactly what type of career path you would like to take. I would recommending tailoring your resume accordingly. I would also visit job websites such as Yahoo Hot Jobs, Careerbuilder.com, & Monster.com. You can not only search job listings, you can actually have them email you listings daily, weekly or as often as you choose based on the criteria you set. Post your resume on those sites (as well as any other ones you feel would be helpful) as soon as you can. In the mean time, you can have the emails coming in so that you can see what your prospects look like. If there are any specific companies that you know of which may offer positions of interest to you, I would recommend checking their websites; they'll usually have a "careers" section you can look into for available jobs with them. Above all, don't give up or become discouraged if you don't find something right away. You may need to apply to several jobs, & even go on a few interviews before you land something. As long as you keep trying, you'll find the position that is right for you. By the way, on a personal note, thank you for your service to our country. I hope this is helpful to you.
