so which on is better?
my course is BS industrial and organizational psychology, im planning to take up graduate studies right after my undergraduate, so which is one is more advisable? MA in Human resource development or in Business administration? tnx. ^_^

JDM, it depends on what you want to do in work. I think business administration is a broader field, so you will probably have more options for work and in the future. Human resources isn't really related to organizational psychology. Human resources has to do with personnel & policies pertaining to such.

Jorj the answer to this question depends largely on what you are most comfortable with.Are you more satisfied as a people type person or working with management and the strategic and developmental stages of the company? The chanches are you will make more money with the Business Mange,but knowing you I believe you would be happier developing and studying and working with the people who are actually deploying real solutions in the real world. Put in more simple terms,are you better with the people developing Theories or the people applying them?Personality Jorj I would go with the Human Resources.That will give you a far better avenue in which to make the Impacts of which we have so often spoke of.There is no significance in the money possibilities but I would be far happier developing Human potential than having to watch my back in the dog-eat-dog environment of Business Administration. I know you have about eight months to make a final decision on this,so why not do some pro and con considering .Remember their is your family to consider,there is your own personal happiness for about 45 years considering your age,and not finally but important are the Goals you have set for yourself.
