What career path should I take

What career path should I take?
I'm a 27 year old young woman with a BA and MA in Italian Studies but am currently working in the Human Resources field. I want to do something creative and most importantly where I can make a difference in someones life. I would like to consider teaching Italian but there are such few jobs in that area. I would have to go back to school to teach in my state anyway. Is it worth getting more student loans? Should I wait it out where I am for a management position? Should I be a teacher? Help!

Go to Italy and teach English. You're a native speaker, they will snatch you up. You can travel and see Europe on your breaks.
